Bill Bass began working from 6715 Hollywood Boulevard at the Outpost Building, later moving operations to the Redd Foxx Building on La Brea Avenue, and then to 3333 Wilshire Boulevard in the Mid-Wilshire area.
The journey has included success, setbacks, relocation, and starting over—but the work continued.
Bill Bass identifies his professional background as a private investigator and photographer, with a focus on advocating for people and helping them pursue opportunities. His experiences in and around Hollywood became part of the foundation for the stories, perspectives, and future plans represented through Secret Notes.
Today, Secret Notes provides a new platform for sharing those experiences alongside educational material, personal perspectives, faith, wellness resources, digital publications, and future projects.
